return & cancellation policies

  • willaby accepts returned items for store credit that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and otherwise in new condition. Please contact us at info@willabyshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. Do not send items back to us without contacting us first. If you do not contact us for a return authorization, or a return is not received within the required time frame, we may not be able to grant it. 
  • Items from our sale section and sample sales are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Area rugs are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. 
  • Area rug order cancellations must be made within 3 days of purchase. 
  • We do not offer price adjustments. Limited-time offers are valid only within the specified offer time frame.
  • All domestic returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Time frames for the receipt of international returns are on a case-by-case basis. Returns received after the designated time frame will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. 
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost packages or missing items. Therefore, when returning your item/s please purchase insurance for the full value. We do not accept C.O.D. packages. 
  • Typically we process store credit within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. You will receive your store credit code via email. (Store credit never expires and can be spread across multiple orders.) 
  • If you need to return merchandise due to an error on our part, we email a pre-paid return label to you. *Once the return is received and processed (within 3-5 business days), we ship the replacement merchandise to you at our expense. We are not able to ship out replacement merchandise until the return merchandise has been received. Please also note that we do not allow customers to keep imperfect goods for a discount or store credit. willaby wants our customers to have the very best quality in-hand, so in the rare case that your item is imperfect, we do an even exchange for a duplicate item. 

* A domestic package with a pre-paid label does not have to be taken to the post office to be shipped. Your post person will pick up the package from your residence with your other outgoing mail. If you need to schedule a pick-up for your package, you may do so at USPS.com by creating a login and choosing "Schedule a Pick-up."
